Heightened by COVID-19, Unilever’s employees wanted to invest in their long-term health but needed support to make lasting changes. The Healthier U programme was created to empower everyone from individuals, to teams, to the business to achieve health goals important to them, through personalised support and collective and community culture.

An excellent programme, with a clear focus on supporting the identified health and wellbeing needs of the individual. The programme includes health checks and health coaching, building supportive employee-led networks and improving the cohesion of teams to enable them to flourish.
