RSPH offers a wide range of qualifications related to food safety and hygiene from Level 1 to Level 4, including our Level 2 Food Safety Course for Manufaturing and our Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and Hygiene. We also offer a variety of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training qualifications.

RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety and Hygiene - Level 4

This qualification is designed for senior staff and those who are managers of food handlers in a food business within the catering and hospitality industry

RSPH Level 2 Award in Understanding HACCP - Level 2

This qualification is particularly useful for those involved in the implementation and maintenance of HACCP and individuals who are, or intend to become, members of HACCP teams.

RSPH Level 2 Award in Understanding HACCP for the Meat Industry - Level 2

This qualification introduces the concept of HACCP for meat and enables the learner to develop an understanding of all pre-requisite control, monitoring and corrective action procedures.

RSPH Level 3 Award in Understanding how to Develop a HACCP Plan - Level 3

This qualification covers the importance of HACCP-based food safety management procedures, including preliminary processes, development, monitoring of critical control points and corrective actions.

RSPH Level 3 Award in Understanding how to Develop a HACCP Plan for the Meat Industry - Level 3

This qualification covers HACCP-based food safety management procedures, including preliminary processes, development, monitoring and evaluation in a meat establishment.

RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing the HACCP System - Level 4

Learners will develop an understanding of the management of a HACCP-based food safety management system.

RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing the HACCP System for the Meat Industry - Level 4

This qualification covers management of the development, validation, implementation, verification, review and maintenance of a HACCP based food safety management system.
