It is a legal requirement that anyone who handles food for others (either paid or voluntary) must receive training or instruction in how to handle food safely.
RSPH offers training at levels 2-4, suitable for front-line workers, supervisors and managers in food catering and related industries. The level 2 programme can all be delivered or supported by e-learning.
