MeeToo

MeeToo is a safe, scalable, anonymous peer support app for young people aged 11+. In 2021, the MeeToo app was independently evaluated by The Evidence Based Practice Unit, which is a collaboration between UCL’s Faculty of Brain Sciences and The Anna Freud Centre. The study of 876 young people found that using the MeeToo app significantly improves mental health and wellbeing. Young people using the app felt more confident, more connected, less alone, and they had better mental health self-management. MeeToo is free to use for anyone over the age of 11 and is part of the NHS apps library.
