Project: Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service

Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies have established a highly effective Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing service including launching an Employee Assistance Programme, Wellbeing Masterclasses, Wellbeing Champions, a specialist trauma service and a stress risk assessment.

The service reaches around 6000 officers and staff across both counties of Norfolk and Suffolk and aims to help their officers and staff stay well at work, return to work or have a dignified exit from the organisation.

Project: Attendance and Wellbeing Programme

The Attendance and Wellbeing Programme was designed to provide the greatest level of support possible for 3000 team members across multiple locations. It is a preventive and educational programme packed full of new initiatives, with amazing outcomes already achieved and many more to come.

The programme was developed to meet the needs of everyone and the aspirations of senior leaders to create an environment where health awareness thrived, prevention took key priority and innovation became the norm.

Project: The Nomura Health Blue Print

The Health Blue Print is a measure of Nomura’s top ten health risks, with risk capture and reactive and proactive spend. Using data from six internal and external reports, including clinical, perceived and financial measurements. The aim is to improve employee health and wellbeing each year.
