Food fraud is a very complex topic and there are many ways that criminals try to cheat businesses and consumers. Some of these can lead to catastrophic outcomes such as businesses and reputations being ruined to severe ill health or even death. The presentation will give some examples of how fraudsters operate and how types of foods and businesses are most at risk. It will also give some information about how best to tackle food fraud to protect businesses and all consumers.
