This multidisciplinary event brings together sports medicine specialists, dietitians and psychologists. Delegates will gain practical knowledge, skills and tools to help patients and clients achieve realistic healthcare goals and manage musculoskeletal ageing and metabolic disorders. The event will feature interactive workshops and experiential learning.

- The role of physical activity in sustaining health
- The negative effects of weight stigmatisation
- The genetic susceptibility to environmental cues leading to overweight/obesity
- Practical application to support their patients or clients to eat well, move well, and live well
