RSPH Chief Executive Shirley Cramer CBE has signed a letter published in The Times calling for action to address the 32 children that have been killed and 1,608 injured on Britain’s roads in 2013.

The letter calls for:

  • Dedicated funding available for local walking and cycling initiatives
  • The introduction a 20mph default speed limit for all urban areas
  • The transformation of local walking and cycling routes
