Marks and Spencer have recently updated their standards for pest control for companies that make own-label foods for them.

The RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management is now the minimum requirement for pest control staff servicing these companies. Additionally, Field Biologists now have to hold the RSPH Level 3 Award in Food Safety and Hygiene.
